Physical Acticity

We are very fortunate to have two outside areas, which all of our rooms use throughout the day. The front area is the main physical area where activities are planned to support the children’s gross motor development. Small groups of pre-school children are taken out throughout the day, for small group activities.

The back garden is our natural area, the children learn about the natural world with the bugs and trees around the garden. The children also have sand & water play, painting easel and a book area on offer. We also have a growing area, where the children can grown their own vegetables and learn about looking after them.
